Job Description

The Technical Program Manager will lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of engineering programs for one of our top client engagements. This role requires managing client relationships, driving business growth, coordinating global engineering teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery of technical projects. The TPM will serve as the primary interface between Client stakeholders and LTTS offshore teams while providing leadership, governance, and accountability across multiple workstreams.


Note - Experience with Automotive or Off-Highway OEM company experience is mandatory .


1. Client & Stakeholder Management


  • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for day-to-day interactions with engineering leads, and engineering managers.
  • Conduct regular client meetings—weekly/bi-weekly project reviews, monthly governance meetings, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with senior client leadership.
  • Understand client expectations, business priorities, and technical needs to translate them into actionable program strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, program visibility, and issue resolution.

2. Program & Delivery Management

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple engineering projects related off-highway machinery domains.
  • Define program scope, milestones, schedules, deliverables, and KPIs aligned with customer goals.
  • Create and manage program dashboards, delivery trackers, and performance metrics.


3. Team Leadership & Offshore Coordination

  • Lead a cross-functional team of onsite and offshore engineers—including software, systems, validation, architecture, and test teams.
  • Coordinate daily/weekly interactions with LTTS offshore delivery managers, technical leads, and engineering teams.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration, workload planning, and alignment between onsite and offshore counterparts.
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams to maintain delivery excellence and technical rigor.


4. Business & Relationship Growth


  • Identify opportunities to expand scope, introduce new service offerings, or improve productivity.
  • Support proposal creation, estimation, and solutioning for new project opportunities.
  • Build long-term trust-based relationships with Client leaders across engineering, procurement, and program management functions.



Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or related fields).
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, client delivery management, or engineering leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale engineering or embedded systems programs.
  • Strong understanding of automotive/off-highway systems, embedded software development, and system integration.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with global engineering teams (onsite–offshore model).

Skills

  • Experience working with Off-Highway or other heavy-equipment OEMs.
  • Strong understanding of engineering life cycles—embedded systems, controls, V&V, mechatronics.
  • Proficiency with program management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
