Technical Program Manager – AI for Science

We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager, AI for Science to lead early‑access and co‑innovation programmes that connect cutting‑edge research with industry and academic partners across drug discovery, materials science, and computational chemistry.

Sitting at the centre of research, engineering, and real‑world adoption — turning experimental AI innovations into validated, scalable solutions. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role for someone who thrives in complex, ambiguous environments and enjoys working with top researchers and strategic partners.

What you’ll do:

• Lead Research Early Access Programs from concept to scale
• Drive customer co‑innovation and pilot engagements
• Orchestrate multi‑stakeholder programmes across research, engineering, and partners
• Translate frontier AI research into usable workflows and prototypes
• Help shape the accelerator’s AI for Science strategy and partner ecosystem

What we’re looking for:

• Experience leading complex technical programmes in AI, scientific computing, or research‑driven innovation
• Exposure to AI for Science domains (materials, chemistry, life sciences, climate, etc.)
• Comfortable engaging both researchers and senior stakeholders
• Strong blend of technical depth, programme discipline, and strategic thinking

Contract Details:

• Competitive Rate - PAYE Contract
• Hybrid - 50% Onsite in Cambridge
• Up to 18 Months Contract
