We are known for our professionalism, innovation, and commitment to excellence.\n\nSkills & Experience Required:\n\nProven track record in AV production management within live events or related sectors.\nExcellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.\nExperience in managing multiple demanding projects simultaneously.\nStrong understanding of health and safety practices and relevant regulations.\nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours when required.\nInitiative-driven and a team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
\n\nTechnical Skills Required:\n\nStrong technical knowledge of audio-visual equipment, including LED screens (Unilumen and Dicolor), video processing, audio, lighting, rigging, and staging.\nAdvanced proficiency with Resolume Arena and Resolume Avenue, NovaStar SmartLCT, and NovaStar COEX control systems.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote.\nExtensive experience configuring LED display systems and projection setups, including multi-screen, blended configurations and projection mapping.\nDeep knowledge of Roland Corporation vision mixers and media servers.\nIn-depth understanding of video, processing, and playback system integration for bespoke event solutions. \n\nDesirable Skills:\n\nAbility to draft CAD files.\nKnowledge of Vectorworks and Nomad point-cloud scanning application.\nFamiliarity with rental and crewing software such as CurrentRMS or Teamtrack.\nClean driving license. \n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nA collaborative and supportive team culture within a growing company.\nOngoing training and opportunities for professional development.\nHands-on experience with a wide range of industry-standard AV and lighting equipment.\nClear progression pathways and opportunities to grow within the team.
