About the Role
As a Senior Product Owner within the Pharmacy area, you'll lead the charge in turning complex business needs into actionable, technical outcomes. This role plays a key part in shaping the direction of pharmacy operations by translating strategic initiatives into clear, prioritized product requirements. You will partner with cross-functional teams—including engineering, architecture, and operations—to deliver high-impact solutions that drive measurable business value. Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Own and manage a defined product or capability, including roadmap, cost, and technical health.
- Write detailed, definition-of-ready user stories, incorporating input from architects and engineers.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and story refinement sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product vision, priorities, and outcomes.
- Identify and resolve dependencies across teams, supporting delivery of MVPs and epics.
- Monitor and communicate KPIs and product health metrics, advocating for continuous improvement and tech debt reduction.
- Utilize agility tools like Jira to manage workflows and optimize team performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technology development.
- Strong background in bank-end development .
- Strong background in pharmacy finance, billing, or collections .
- Proven success working in agile environments and leading scrum ceremonies.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Jira, and business process modeling tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting.
