Technical Process Operator/Process Technician in Tonbridge

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Process Operator to join the Technical Department at Totally Natural Solutions, part of ADM, based in Paddock Wood.

This hands-on role focuses on operating specialist CO extraction equipment to produce high-quality hop extracts used in the food and beverage industry. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Assist in the operation, maintenance, and cleaning of two CO extraction machines and associated equipment

\n

• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the department to support food safety

\n

• Accurately label, pack, and complete production documentation in a timely manner

\n

• Support site-wide waste reduction initiatives in line with company policy

\n

• Follow HACCP procedures and Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs)

\n

• Work in accordance with food quality standards (ISO FSSC22000, ISO9001)

\n

• Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements and proactively identify potential risks

\n

• Report accidents, near misses, and damage promptly to management

\n

Education & Experience

\n

\n
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Combined Science or Chemistry, Maths, and English

\n

• Previous experience operating and maintaining machinery or process equipment is

\n
