The Technical Operations Manager leads a team of operational technical professionals responsible for supporting approximately 800 store locations. This role combines hands on technical expertise with project management responsibilities, including oversight of technology initiatives and support for new store acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a team of eight operational technical resources.
• Oversee technical operations and support across 800 stores, ensuring stability and efficient issue resolution.
• Manage and coordinate projects related to store systems, new store openings, and business growth initiatives.
• Track KPIs and project milestones; PMP certification is .
• Provide advanced technical support and contribute to the engineering of new operational solutions.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of Windows Server, MS SQL, and Windows 10/11 environments
