Job Opportunity: Technical Operations Manager – North West UK



Location: Based in Bolton, overseeing multiple sites across the North West

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + competitive package

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent



Are you an experienced Technical Operations Manager ready to take on a dynamic regional role? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading facilities management provider seeking a hands-on, driven individual to oversee a portfolio of sites across the North West of England.



Key Responsibilities:



* Oversee day-to-day technical operations across multiple commercial properties



* Manage and lead on planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works



* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure service delivery



* Maintain compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations



* Drive operational efficiencies and cost-effective service solutions



* Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and reliability



Requirements:



* Proven experience in a technical/facilities management role (multi-site experience ideal)



* Strong understanding of M&E systems and building services



* Relevant technical qualifications (e.g. HVAC, electrical or mechanical engineering – Minimum level 3 or equivalent qualification)



* Excellent organisational and leadership skills



* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
