Technical Manager - Major Infrastructures Projects

Mandatory Skills:

• Min 6 Years of Experience as a technical manager of Major Infrastructures Projects.
• Experience is dealing with 3rd Party Consultants and Designers.
• Design of Shoring, dewatering, and utility protection systems is a plus.

Mandatory Technical Expertise:

• • Roads and Asphalt Investigation Techniques
  • Roads and Asphalt Maintenance & Repair Requirements
  • Soil Analysis and Investigation Methods
  • Soil Rehabilitation Techniques and Standards
  • Wet Utilities, including Stormwater and Foul Sewer Gravity Lines & District Cooling Pressure Lines
  • Gas Line Protection Measures
  • Q-Rail Permitting Requirements, including Vibration Analysis

Additional information

The required experience is more for the design aspect of the below mentioned points. Furthermore, since the project’s required technical design for rectification works will be based on carried out investigation of the current conditions, there will be a lot of commonalities with Quality aspects of Soil, hardscape and Asphalt.

QA QC’s scope is to focus more on the quality monitoring of the executed Works.

Technical Scope is to focus on the investigation of the current situation and the proposal of design for remedial actions and methods of execution
