Technical Manager Location: Lancashire Full Time | Permanent Are you a skilled R&D Chemist that’s looking to take a step up in your career? We’re working with a leading manufacturer of composite materials for a wide array of industries. If you have a passion for leadership and seeing your work translated into real world applications, this is the job for you. What You’ll Be Doing The role’s primary focus will be on overseeing the site technical team as they perform quality checks on incoming raw materials and optimise formulations for new and existing products. You will also be expected to liaise with customers to develop and adjust products to their given specifications, as well as keep up to date with the relevant, new industry technologies as they appear. What You’ll Bring Essential Educated to a BSc or higher in Chemistry or another relevant field Previous experience in organic chemistry and working with composites Demonstrable experience in people leadership Strong technical ability and an understanding of how to interpret and present complex data.
