Technical Manager\n\nCentral London – £65k + benefits\n\nTrevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Service Provider to source a Technical Manager for central London.\n\nWorking in an iconic London building, the Technical Manager will lead on the delivery of M&E Maintenance Projects and Building Services Lifecycle Projects.\n\nReporting to the Technical Director, the Technical Manager will be responsible for the management and control of all technical matters relating to plant and equipment maintenance including existing equipment, new works and future upgrade works.\n\nAbout you:\n\n * You will be qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering\n\n * Experience of managing multi-disciplined engineering teams\n\n * Experience of managing a complex array of stakeholders (essential)\n\n * Experience of BMS systems\n\n * Ideally have held AP status for HV/LV (desirable)\n\n * Ideally have IOSH or a Health & Safety certificate\n\nMy client is looking for a detail-oriented and well organised Technical Manager with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as well as having good report writing skills.\n\nFor more information, please contact Marcus May
