Are you an experienced residential Technical Manager looking to join one of the UK’s leading housebuilders?

Our client, a multi-award-winning residential developer, is seeking a driven and detail-focused professional to lead the technical delivery of a brand-new 224-unit development on the outskirts of Crawley.

The Role

You’ll take full technical responsibility for the scheme — from inception through to handover.

This includes:

• Overseeing drainage, infrastructure, and building design
• Managing landscape coordination and external works
• Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and NHBC Standards ✅
• Liaising with consultants, contractors, and local authorities
• Driving projects through all technical stages to successful completion

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Proven experience working for a volume housebuilder
• A strong track record of managing residential schemes from start to finish
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Technical expertise across design, infrastructure, and build stages
