They offer an environment where technical leadership is genuinely valued, making this an excellent opportunity for a driven Technical Manager to play a key role in shaping future success.Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, enhancing product performance, and strengthening the company's technical reputation across global markets.Key Responsibilities for the Technical ManagerLead the development, testing, and validation of new and existing productsSupport technical simulations, data analysis, and performance validationAct as a technical authority both internally and externallyDrive development of new product lines and enhancements to existing rangesMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify innovation opportunitiesSupport patent creation and technical documentationSupport production teams in resolving technical and process challengesOversee raw material compliance and supplier qualityWork closely with the Quality Manager to maintain robust systems and standardsPartner with sales teams to align technical development with market needsProvide technical training and support to internal stakeholdersManage and develop the technical team, including direct reportsThe ideal Technical Manager will have experience working within a manufacturing environment, used to dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
