Technical Manager

*Technical Manager, South East London* A confident Technical Manager is urgently required for one of the leading developers in the UK who have built themselves an enviable reputation based on quality, service, and trust. The successful candidate will be site based at one of their major regeneration schemes, managing up to 5 people in a small team in the delivery of 3 phases consisting of up to 700 units: Responsibilities include but not limited to: Prepare development specifications are in line with budget and sales requirements. Ensure all drawings are fully checked in accordance with company details and design guidelines. Prepare and monitor design development programme. Monitor and control professional fees and feed into the cost report with commercial team. Chair Design Team meetings Attend Site Progress meetings as and when required. Ensure liaison and co-ordination between other parties both internal and external. Liaise with statutory bodies to obtain necessary approvals. Ideal candidates will be existing Technical or Design managers with experience in residential development and a proven track record of delivering schemes using RC-Framed methods of construction. Ambitious and experienced Associate Architects looking to take the next step will also be considered. This is an opportunity to join one of London's most recognised developers on this interesting part of a large and complex development.
