Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Integration Lead to join our dynamic team on a 18 months fixed term contract. As a Technical Integration Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing complex technical integration projects.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, system architecture, and project management. You will be responsible for leading integration efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless communication between various technical systems.\n\nMain Function of the Job:\n\nLead the integration stream for the core banking project, focusing on technical aspects.\nAssist in the transition to new digital initiatives, ensuring a safe, secure, and risk-managed process.\nSupport project management activities in line with best practice methodologies to aid governance oversight.Main Duties:\n\nAssist in the timely and successful delivery of project milestones with a focus on integration tasks, including system specification, documentation, process flows, validation of system build, data extraction, cleansing and migration, interface specification and testing, training, UAT, and cutover reconciliation.\nApply project management tools and techniques to support on-time delivery.\nDevelop project scopes and objectives involving relevant stakeholders.\nFacilitate project delivery within agreed scope and regulatory expectations.\nMaintain project plans and documentation.\nAssist in managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.\nAssess project risks, contribute to mitigation strategies, and manage RAID logs.\nEnsure quality standards for technical requirements and project management.\nLead and manage technical integration projects from conception to completion\nDevelop and implement integration strategies and solutions\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope\nOversee the design, development, and testing of integration solutions\nEnsure adherence to best practices and industry standards\nMentor and guide team members in integration methodologiesOther Requirements:\n\nGood understanding of retail banking, payment services, and loan servicing operational processes.\nUnderstanding of APIs and associated tools such as Postman\nUnderstanding of development project sprints\nTeam player with an agile mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to different audiences and working styles.\nProactive, independent work style with strong organizational skills.Supervisory Responsibilities:\n\nCollaborate with project team members and third parties\nSupervise the third-party delivery processesEquipment/Systems:\n\nMicrosoft Office environment, Microsoft Project
