AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure continual access to our customers. You will join a diverse team of engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers. Your role will involve collaborating across AWS to uphold safety and security standards while providing capacity at low cost. We foster an inclusive culture that encourages bold ideas and ownership.

The Infrastructure Energy Team (IET) focuses on securing and delivering power infrastructure for AWS growth across Asia. We are looking for a results-oriented individual to support stakeholder, administrative, and contractual aspects of power delivery for AWS data centers in Asia. This role offers a foundation for career development in the energy sector, acting as the primary contact for AWS's grid connection applications, offers, and agreements. You will oversee application preparation, contractual management, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on project reporting, risks, and timelines. You will standardize processes and develop tools to provide a comprehensive view of project status, budget, and contractual terms. Additionally, you will support due diligence on power connection costs and risks for proposed data center sites.

Key job responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for grid connection applications and agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.

Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Supply Strategy, Real Estate, and Capacity Delivery teams on program management and reporting.

Manage datasets and KPIs to provide a unified view of project status, costs, capacity, and key dates.

Assist in technical due diligence assessments for power connection options, evaluating costs, timelines, and risks.

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and add value.

Manage agendas, scheduling, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions for internal and external meetings.

Support management of contractual documents like Master Service Agreements and Work Orders.

Report on capital expenditure and program implications.

Design and develop automated reporting solutions.
