Monitor lift and escalator performance remotely through digital devices. Identify potential risks and recommend constructive solutions for existing technical problems.Conduct root cause analysis on technical issues and recommend long term solutions to enhance product liability.Prepare trouble shooting analysis / incident investigation reports. Collaborate with design engineers to develop retrofit products.Conduct trial tests and feasibility studies for improvement solutions. Implement Company new technology, such as Internet of Things (IoT), cloud-based applications and mobile apps, to enhance operational efficiencies.Ensure Company Safety and Ethics guidelines and Government code requirements are fully complied in the field operations.
