Technical Engineer (Korean expat with Electrical background/Hanoi)

Job Description: Key responsibilities:- Provide training to new Sales staff and advanced training for Experienced Sales staff on High-end product.- Support Salespersons and Customers for any technical queries on products.- Provide consultation to Customers to maximize products performance.- Provide first training to Customers purchased products of Microscope, Laser Marker, Vision, etc.- Offering After-sales support services, solving client problems. Job Requirements:- Bachelor of engineering, preferably in Automation, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.- 1-5 years experienced in Technical Support/ R&D, working in Factory Automation industry is an advantage.- Experienced in PLC programming is a PLUS.- Excellent commands of English.- Strong Computing Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet.- Well-organized, time-management & multi-tasking skills.- Pro-active, positive, earnest, high communication skills & Can-do attitude.
