Technical Engineer Architectural

Job Summary

The Technical Engineer Interior Design is responsible for developing reviewing and coordinating technical drawings and documentation for interior fit-out projects. The role ensures design intent is translated into accurate shop drawings compliant with project specifications authority requirements and site conditions.

Technical Drawing & Documentation

• Prepare and review detailed interior fit-out shop drawings IFC drawings and as-built drawings.

• Develop detailed sections elevations joinery details reflected ceiling plans (RCP) and finish schedules.

• Ensure drawings are aligned with approved design concepts and project specifications.

Coordination & Site Support

• Coordinate with architectural structural and MEP teams to resolve technical and interface issues.

• Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and site conditions before preparing drawings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Interior Design Architecture or Civil Engineering.

• 47 years of experience in interior fit-out or finishing works.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.

• Good understanding of joinery detailing materials and fit-out construction methods.

• Experience working on commercial residential retail or hospitality projects.
