We are looking for a Technical Construction Inspector with following Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in construction management and oversight.

The employee shall have a proficient understanding of engineering, construction, and constructability requirements associated with large projects and experience in managing MILCON construction or large repair/SRM projects.

The employee shall have proficient experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications: Within the 5 years of required experience, the employee shall possess

knowledge of: Federal, DoD/DoW, Air Force, ANG, and State construction management and engineering regulations; Unified Facility Criteria; engineering technical orders and instruction; agency standard operating procedures; safety procedures; local, state, and federal building codes; Fire Protection

Association (NFPA); American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM); American Concrete Institute (ACI); International Building Code (IBC); Electric Code (NEC); and Life Safety Codes
