Technical Compliance Specialist



Location: Dartford

Salary: £45,000–£50,000

Hours: 40 per week



A great opportunity to join a reputable and established HVAC service business, working in a key role supporting the ongoing safety, quality, and compliance across the field engineering and service teams working across Air Conditioning, Chiller and AHUs.



Ideal for someone looking to build a long-term office based career in the HVAC or engineering services sector, you’ll ideally be an engineer, supervisor, technical support professional, or come from a quality or HSQE background.



Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer RAMS and compliance documentation

Carry out technician audits (vehicles, PPE, tools, calibration)

Conduct site safety checks and maintain audit records



*



Support RFIs, PQQs, and customer updates



*



Assist with training programmes for technicians and apprentices



*



Manage service concessions and maintain documentation standards
