Technical Business Analyst

Location: Cary, NC - ONSITE!

We’re partnering on a confidential search for a Technical Business Analyst to support complex product and technology initiatives within a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

This role is ideal for someone who can operate independently, partner with technical and business teams, and drive requirements from concept through delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Lead feature/workstream analysis and support roadmap execution
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and stakeholders on delivery
• Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and acceptance criteria
• Support testing strategy, UAT, and release readiness
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvements

What we’re looking for:

• 4–6 years in Product/Business Analysis within Agile environments
• Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
• Strong stakeholder communication (tech + business)
