Technical Analyst - Endur or GLOSS

Job DescriptionLocation: London

Technical Analyst with in-depth experiences in ENDUR or GLOSS. In this, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
• Experience in Business Analysis Skills – Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies
• Strong functional experience working with either Endur OR Broadridge product GLOSS. Define and implement requirements on either of these products.
• Strong hands-on SQL knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience working with either Endur OR Broadridge product GLOSS. Define and implement requirements on either of these products.
• At least 6 years of experience in one of the domains; Capital Markets/ Energy Trading/ Commodity Trading
• At least 4 years of experience working ETRM / CTRM systems
• Experience with Fixed Income business, including repos.
• Experience in analyzing BAU requirements and define technical requirements for Endur OR Gloss enhancements.
• Define and implement process improvements that result in significant improvements in organizational effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationship with a drive to achieve client satisfaction
• Ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Generate innovative approaches to solving existing problems or for new opportunities.
• Team management experience in an offshore – onshore model
