The Role As a Technical Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers, engineers, and distributors by providing technical guidance and resolving product-related queries. You’ll log and track cases to ensure issues are handled efficiently and customers receive an excellent level of service.

You’ll collaborate across departments to build a detailed understanding of the company’s products, using your technical expertise to offer tailored solutions and advice.
