What youll be doing: Developing in-depth knowledge of the companys product range and the latest IoT technologies Supporting colleagues and customers with accurate, timely technical advice Building strong knowledge of industry legislation and compliance requirements Delivering technical training to internal teams and external clients Assisting with product testing, research, and ongoing development projects Collaborating with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure high-quality service and solutions Managing customer relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery What were looking for: A genuine interest in technology and IoT development Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly Organised, detail-focused, and able to prioritise under pressure Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn A clean (or near clean) driving licence and the ability to commute reliably to Oswestry Why apply?
