Job Title: Technical Account Manager

Salary: £80,000 per annum + £5,400 car allowance

Location: Liverpool Street, City of London

Job Type: Technical / Engineering

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm



About the Role



Our client is seeking a talented and driven Technical Account Manager to join their dynamic team at one of London’s most iconic buildings in Liverpool Street. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of operations, lead a skilled team, and make a real impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities



* Lead and manage a team of 20+ professionals, including Contract Managers, Technical Managers, Engineers, and Contract Support staff.



* Ensure compliance with industry standards and SFG20 maintenance schedules.



* Identify and drive additional works to maximise efficiency and revenue.



* Manage stakeholder relationships and engage with tenants effectively.



* Take full P&L responsibility for a £2.8 million portfolio.



Requirements



* Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation, Mechanical Engineering, or Plumbing.



* 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.



* Right to work in the UK.



* Strong technical background is essential.



* HV & LV experience is advantageous.
