Job Description

Technical Account Manager – London (Hybrid)

€400/day | 6-month contract

We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to join a major platform re-engineering and automation programme, supporting the rollout of a next-gen cloud-based solution that’s transforming how data, content, and automation connect across global teams.

This role blends technical presales expertise with strategic client management, you’ll shape proposals, lead demos, and ensure the right solutions are pitched to the right people, with realistic timelines and clear business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead client-facing technical discussions, shaping pitch decks and demo scripts that communicate value clearly.
• Translate complex technical concepts into tangible business solutions and commercial propositions.
• Partner closely with Architecture, Product, and Delivery teams to define deliverables and manage client expectations.
• Build and maintain demo environments and presentation assets that showcase the platform’s capabilities.
• Support bid responses, statements of work, and technical proposals.

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in software architecture, automation, or data-driven platforms.
• Experience in technical presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering.
• Confident communicator with the ability to translate technical depth into commercial value.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and setting achievable delivery timelines.
• Experience within digital transformation or AI-enabled automation programmes is a plus.
