This is a full-time, overnight position with a schedule from 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the overnight Tech Services Supervisor, you are the main contact for the night shift teams, ensuring all machine and facility maintenance and sanitation meet food safety standards for on-time production. You provide guidance on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain communication with the Director of Technical Services. Your role includes observing and supporting sanitation activities, training new employees, and addressing any food safety concerns. You complete the Sanitation Post-Cleaning Checklist in Redzone, perform ATP swab testing, verify cleaning specifications, and conduct weekly process verifications and chemical tests. Additionally, you perform monthly safety observations and submit a detailed nightly report on shift events.

WHAT MATTERS MOST:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A college or technical degree in a relevant field, or prior sanitation or maintenance experience working with industrial food manufacturing, is
