Pay Range: $ 35-$40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills: - TOSCA, Automation
• This role will work a hybrid schedule coming into the Columbus, Ohio office 2 days per week on Wednesdays & Thursdays.
• We are seeking a Test Lead to support our Product Development Line for NFT Life BSA initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in TOSCA test automation and a solid understanding of Life Insurance products and processes ().
• This role will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our solutions through effective test planning, execution, and automation.
• Proven expertise in TOSCA automation tools Strong SQL knowledge
• Familiarity with Life Insurance business domains (e.g., Whole Life, Term Life, Universal Life) Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working in agile development environments TOSCA Automated Specialist 1 (AS1), TOSCA Automated Specialist 2 (AS2), or other related designations are .
