We are currently searching for a TEMA LEAD Maintenance Technician, Day shift.

Successful candidates must have previous experience, and will need to inspect, maintain, and repair various equipment, machinery, and building systems. Must have experience with robotics and conveyor belts. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance:

  Performing routine upkeep tasks like lubrication, filter changes, and adjustments to keep systems running efficiently.

• Repairs:

  Diagnosing and fixing problems with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Troubleshooting:

  Identifying the root cause of malfunctions and implementing effective solutions.

• Preventative Maintenance:

  Developing and implementing plans to prevent equipment breakdowns and extend lifespan.

• Emergency Repairs:

  Responding to urgent issues like leaks, power outages, or equipment failures.

• Communication:

  Keeping facility managers and other relevant parties informed about maintenance activities and any issues.

• Safety:

  Ensuring all work is performed safely, following industry regulations and company policies.

• Documentation:

  Maintaining records of maintenance and repair work performed.

• Inspections:

  Regularly checking equipment, machinery, and building components for potential issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical skills: Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Problem-solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.

• Attention to detail: Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly.

• Physical fitness: Ability to perform manual labor and work in various environments.

• Communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate with colleagues and management.

• Basic computer skills: For documentation and using maintenance software.
