Psomas is seeking a dedicated Talent Management Business Partner to join our Talent Management Team in Roseville, Los Angeles, or Orange County. This position offers hybrid flexibility, with team members working three days per week in the office.
About being our Talent Management Business Partner
Reporting to the VP of Talent Management, you'll help design and deliver programs that shape Psomas' employee experience and foster growth across the organization. This role blends hands-on coordination with opportunities to influence strategic initiatives that strengthen our culture and support our people. You'll partner with leaders and teams on initiatives spanning learning and leadership development, career growth, employee engagement, onboarding, DEIB, and performance- bringing Psomas' values to life at every stage of the employee journey.
Responsibility Highlights for our Talent Management Business Partner
Learning & Development
- Support the planning, coordination, and communication of employee and leadership development programs
- Assist in preparing training materials, surveys, and logistics for live and virtual sessions
- Track participation, gather feedback, and contribute to reporting and improvement
Career Development
- Maintain and promote internal career pathing tools and resources
- Help educate managers and employees on development opportunities and support conversations
- Assist in collecting feedback and improving related programs
Employee Engagement & Experience
- Coordinate engagement and recognition programs that foster connection and a sense of belonging
- Support internal campaigns, surveys, and communications that bring our values to life
- Assist with analyzing feedback and recommending potential actions
Talent Programs & Strategic Initiatives
- Support initiatives related to onboarding, DEIB, internal communications, and other organizational priorities
- Assist with core talent processes such as performance and development conversations and goal-setting
- Help prepare content and communications for program rollouts and change readiness
- Track and report on key program data to support learning and continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications for our Talent Management Business Partner
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, Business or related field
- 1 year of directly related experience, or between 2 - 5 years of professional experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related work
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization, attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Qualifications for our Talent Management Business Partner
- Experience in a professional services, consulting, or AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) environment
- Familiarity with survey tools, learning systems, or internal communication platforms
- A growth mindset, collaborative spirit, and genuine interest in helping people succeed

- A competitive salary! The expected range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000/salary depending on experience
Compensation may be adjusted for well qualified candidates - 8 Paid Holidays & 3 - 4 Weeks of PTO (depending on experience)
