Field Operations Systems Specialist – ServiceTitan Admin Expert
Master Trades Group | Mid-Atlantic • Louisville, KY • Tampa/Orlando/Cocoa Beach, FL
Full-Time | 25% Travel

Compensation: $80-100,000 + Bonus potential

Master Trades Group is a leading residential services company specializing in HVAC and plumbing across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. We’re seeking a ServiceTitan Admin Expert to standardize, optimize, and support our field operations systems across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do

• Be the ServiceTitan Subject Matter Expert for all branches
• Manage system admin tasks: users, workflows, permissions, configuration
• Develop and enforce standardized processes for consistent use
• Train and support office and field staff on best practices
• Lead onboarding and integration of new acquisitions into ServiceTitan
• Partner with operations leadership to align system tools with business goals
• Provide Tier 2 support and coordinate with vendors

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10+ years’ experience with field operations software
• ServiceTitan Admin experience required
• Strong background in system administration, process improvement, and training
• Experience with software integration during acquisitions a plus
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• High School Diploma/GED

• Experience in trades/home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Familiarity with Intaact, 3CX, or similar SaaS platforms

Location & Travel

• Must live near one of our locations in the Mid-Atlantic, Louisville, or Central Florida
• Travel up to 25%
