\nI'm looking for a Business Transformation Project Manager to lead a portfolio of high-impact operational change projects across engineering, supply chain, procurement and product functions.\n
\n This is a role for someone who enjoys getting under the skin of a business, challenging the status quo, and delivering meaningful operational improvements.\n
\n
\nSome of the projects include:\n
\n

\n
• Leading the rollout of a bespoke engineering software portal

\n

• Reengineering and optimising supply chain processes

\n

• Driving the industrialisation and standardisation of construction operations

\n

• Managing cross-functional transformation projects from concept through delivery

\n

• Working with senior stakeholders to embed new processes, systems and ways of working

\n

• Leveraging AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot to drive efficiencies across project delivery, reporting, documentation and operational workflows

\n

What I'm looking for\n

\n
• Proven experience delivering business transformation, operational improvement or change programmes

\n

• Strong project or programme management background

\n

• Experience working across operational functions such as engineering, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing or construction

\n

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

\n

• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement smarter ways of working

\n

• Demonstrable use of AI tools to improve productivity and business outcomes
