Systems Installation Technician

We are seeking a Systems Installation Technician to become an integral part of our team! You will install and configure data, communication, security and audio/video systems on project locations through our Maryland, DC and Virginia.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and termination of CAT5e/CAT6/CAT6a Cables
• Installation and termination of Single Mode and Multi-Mode Fiber Optic Cables
• Installation of multi conductor cables for security and audio video systems.
• Installation of paging and intercom speakers and equipment.
• Installation of security cameras, access control and IDS hardware.
• Have transportation to get to and from project sites.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Telecommunications, IT Infrastructure, Security, and/or Audio/Video Systems or other related fields
• Familiarity with cabling standards and local/ codes.
• Industry certifications from industry leading manufacturers or industry associations.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• OSHA Safety Training perffered
