We’re looking for an experienced Systems Engineering Manager to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across complex, high-impact defence programmes. What you’ll be doing: • Leading engineering teams of 10+ engineers • Driving Systems Engineering across the full lifecycle • Managing engineering scope, risk, resources and delivery • Working closely with customers, suppliers and senior stakeholders • Supporting and developing the next of engineering talent • Driving engineering excellence and continuous improvement We’re looking for: ✔ Strong Systems Engineering experience ✔ Proven engineering leadership experience ✔ Background in complex, regulated or safety-critical systems ✔ Defence industry experience ✔ Excellent stakeholder and communication skills ✔ A passion for developing people and delivering technical excellence Berkshire | Permanent Salary: Negotiable + excellent benefits & reward package If you’re ready to take the next step in your Systems Engineering leadership career, I’d love to hear from you.
