Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative systems and processes to enhance construction efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify system requirements and technical specifications.
• Monitor and analyze system performance and implement necessary improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all system designs.
• Document system designs, processes, and updates for future reference and compliance.
• Effectively communicate with clients to determine their technology needs.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is .
• Five to seven years of proven experience in systems engineering or a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Experience with AV/IT/Network IT infrastructure technology required.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and technologies.
• Proficiency in system design and project management software.
• Drawing/drafting experience is strongly .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
