Job Description:
The successful candidate will be performing System Reliability & Maintainability (RAM&T) Engineering Analysis. Responsibilities include establishing, monitoring, and verifying subsystem RAM&T performance requirements for all design changes and new development efforts. The focus will be on reliability, maintainability, and testability. The candidate will liaise with Integrated Product Teams and suppliers for the RAM&T of assigned subsystems and support investigations of RAM&T issues, developing mitigation plans as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship with an Active Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of engineering experience OR Master’s Degree in STEM and 3 years of engineering experience OR PhD with 1 year of engineering experience

  • Experience in Reliability and Maintainability discipline

  • Experience with and ability to perform RAM&T allocations and predictions

  • Experience with and ability to develop Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)

  • Experience with and ability to develop mission reliability analysis

  • Familiarity with Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)

  • Experience with and ability to perform Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)

  • Experience with maintainability demonstrations

  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills (written and oral)

  • Must be able to work on-site, in-office

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship with an Active Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering or similar Engineering Degree

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within Reliability and Maintainability discipline

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management

  • Experience with Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT), Reliability Growth Testing (RGT), and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS)

  • Experience with and ability to perform Built-In Test (BIT) testability analysis

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
