Systems Engineer Qualifications- Lead the design and scaling of core distributed systems, optimizing performance across the filesystem, network, and bare-metal storage stack.- Demonstrate expert proficiency in Go, Rust, or C++, building infrastructure components (databases, key-value stores) at a high-growth startup or top-tier systems company.- Drive projects end-to-end with high agency and collaborate in person 5 days a week at the NYC headquarters.- Possess strong familiarity with build automation (Ansible, Puppet) and distributed storage systems like Ceph or MinIO.
- Ability to work onsite in Midtown Manhattan
