What awaits you at Mynaric

  • Support on all system aspects of the product
  • Coordinationof interdisciplinary technical discussions, trade studies and decisions and their documentation
  • Control of system and subsystem interfaces as well as system design information (evaluating usingmodel-based systems engineering)
  • Ensure documentation of all relevant information and decisions during development, integration and verification
  • Support or lead of design and performance budgets, analysis and simulation , pointing, mass and power budget, acquisition analysis, performance simulation).
  • Develop, Review and Maintain Requirements definition, review breakdown and Verification Control Management
  • Contribute to the formation of relevant processes fitting to the fast-paced parallel development cycles
  • Acts as a role model and reliable go-to-person for your fellow engineers as well as managers for guidance and active help

What you bring with you

  • You have successfully completed your master's degree in engineering or physics.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering in a multi-disciplinary field with highly integrated systems in a commercial environment; best in a new space start-up environment with experience on the balance between classical document focused systems engineering and iterative risk affine new space strategy
  • Experience with requirements management processes and tools is required, MBSE is a plus
  • As an engineering all-rounder, you understand mechanical, optical, thermal, electrical and computer engineering.
  • Ideally you have a background in optomechanical and/or communication systems.
  • You are characterized by a results-oriented, reliable and proactive approach and enjoy working independently.
  • You are an absolute team player, you are communicative, and you have already gained experience engaging with interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Very good English skills round off your personality. German is an advantage.
