• 6+ Exp. Gov't/Industry (DoD/IC Acq, Requirements, PPBES or SE or Large, Complex SoS or SOA/Cloud Environments)
• 4+ Systems Engineering Lifecycle
• 3+ Test Management & Defect Tracking
• 3+ Increment/Service/System/Project Engineernig of Intel Production Workflow Services & Collection Services
