Join PEMCCO as a Systems Engineer II, where youll support the definition, development, and integration of system components in alignment with Zero-Trust Architecture and engineering standards. In this role, youll work under senior engineer guidance to maintain performance, reliability, and cyber compliance across mission-critical systems.

Essential Functions
- Assist with requirement derivation and traceability management.
- Draft functional and interface specifications.
- Perform system modeling and simulation for design validation.
- Conduct design reviews and configuration-status assessments.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and DevSecOps teams to integrate RMF controls.
- Develop verification procedures and support test execution.
- Maintain technical baselines and update engineering documentation.
- Provide technical input to risk and change-control boards.
Competencies
- Knowledge of SysML, MBSE, and DoD 5000 processes.
- Analytical skills to evaluate system trade options and impacts.
- Effective written and oral communication within cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Six (6)+ years of systems-engineering experience.
- Active Secret clearance or higher.
Qualifications
- INCOSE ASEP or CSEP certification.

Compensation
$80$130 hourly,depending on experience, ability, and capability.
