Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Projects & Strategic Initiatives:

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients by clearly communicating solutions and updates during support and implementation processes.
  • Collaborate on designing and improving service solutions based on client feedback and evolving needs.
  • Partner with sales teams to gather client requirements, evaluate technical options, and design solutions that align with business goals.
  • Translate technical designs into implementation plans, then deploy and configure solutions.
  • Contribute to process improvements and bring fresh ideas to enhance how we work.
  • Participate in incident review discussions and help map out remediation strategies.
  • Assist in writing and maintaining automation scripts to improve efficiency.
  • Provide documentation and technical evidence for audits like SOC 2 or PCI and assist with remediation efforts as needed.

Support and Operations:

  • Own and resolve tickets escalated from the Service Desk, collaborating with team members to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems, cloud services, and networks.
  • Participate in monthly patch cycles and quarterly maintenance windows to implement updates and keep systems running smoothly.
  • Handle occasional after-hours escalations as part of a rotating on-call schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in systems administration, technical support, or IT operations.
  • Previous MSP or multi-client environment experience a plus.
  • Server infrastructure and operating systems (Windows Server, Active Directory).
  • Networking concepts such as firewalls, switches, and wireless solutions.
  • Microsoft 365, including Intune, Entra ID, and Defender for Business.
  • A drive to learn new technologies and take on challenging projects.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • An analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Microsoft certifications, such as MS-102, AZ-104, MS-700, AZ-305, SC-300, .

FLSA Category -Exempt, full-time

Supervisory Responsibility – No

Location – Buffalo, NY (Hybrid)

Other Requirements - Night and weekend work may be necessary.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 annual salary
