Job Summary
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will design, develop, and integrate mission-critical engineering systems for the Aerospace industry. This role is central to our product development lifecycle—spanning from initial concept and product use definition to rigorous integration testing and formal design reviews. You will be responsible for ensuring our hardware and software systems are high-performing, safe, and fully certifiable.
Essential Job Functions
•\tDevelop and maintain robust requirements using ANPC’s management processes for safety-critical systems. Evaluate customer and operational needs to define performance, functional, and regulatory requirements.
•\tPerform comprehensive system safety assessments to determine safety assurance levels (DALs) and ensure all defined safety objectives are met.
•\tDevelop integrated software and hardware architectures. Lead system partitioning, define complex interfaces, and establish clear use cases.
•\tModel and analyze overall system performance. Maintain rigorous top-down and bottom-up traceability from requirements through to final verification.
•\tPerform design analysis for proof-of-concept validation. Develop, execute, and document system verification testing to ensure designs meet all functional and operational requirements.
•\tCoordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering functions to allocate lower-level requirements and drive technical alignment.
•\tDevelop and optimize internal systems engineering processes and provide direct support for formal certification activities.
Education and Work Experience Requirements
•\tBS degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical equivalent.
•\tAt least 5 years of professional systems engineering experience in the aerospace or defense sector.
•\tDemonstrated experience in software development and a deep familiarity with software architecture.
•\tProven ability to develop and partition complex hardware and software architectures.
•\tProfessional experience with product certifications; FAA certification experience is highly .

•\tExceptional ability to read, write, and interpret technical documents (contracts, manuals, corporate documents) and communicate effectively with management, customers, and internal teams.
