You’ll play a pivotal role in developing innovative solutions for missions across LEO, GEO, and beyond, working with cross-disciplinary teams in a collaborative and exciting environment.\n\nIf you’re looking for a cradle-to-grave experience where your contributions directly impact space exploration, this is the role for you!\n\nYour Mission \n\nLead and contribute to mission design, system engineering, and technical development from bid stage to in-orbit operations.\nSupport the Sales and Engineering teams in generating technical solutions for various customers.\nDesign space and ground segments, including mission analysis, requirements engineering, and trade studies.\nDrive system engineering across all project phases:\nRequirements management\nConcept of operations (ConOps) development\nSystem and subsystem interfacing & trade-offs\nAssembly, integration, and test (AIT)\nRequirement verification and system validation\nSpacecraft commissioning and operations\nPerform cost, risk, schedule, and performance trade-offs.\nSupport and lead technical studies and customer-facing presentations.\nOversee subcontractor management and ensure technical excellence.\nMentor junior engineers and improve internal processes.\nAct as a technical focal point for Mission Products, maintaining key system-level insights. \nSkills & Experience\n\nProven spacecraft Systems Engineering experience (7+ years )\nExpertise in cradle-to-grave space mission design\nStrong knowledge of space and ground segments, including mission architectures and requirements verification\nHands-on experience with spacecraft verification testing and in-orbit commissioning\nTechnical leadership in managing project work packages and subcontractors\nDegree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics\nStrong understanding of orbit analysis, RF link budgets, system architectures, satellite constellations, and mission operations\nProficiency in STK, MATLAB, MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint\nFamiliarity with environmental testing (vibration, thermal vacuum), FMECA, FDIR design, and requirements management\nExcellent communication & presentation skills—customer-facing experience a plus!\nAbility to work under pressure and deliver solutions within tight deadlines \nWhat’s in it for you?\n\nHighly competitive Salary.\nFlexible working policies.\n32 days annual leave + BH.\nAnnual Company Bonus Scheme.\nUp to 8% employer pension contribution.\nLife Assurance (6X salary).\nPrivate Health Care.\nEnhanced Maternity & Paternity leave.\nMultiple Discount, Memberships schemes
