We are growing and looking for a capable Systems Engineer who enjoys solving technical problems, working with clients, and helping organizations improve their IT systems over time. This is not a basic help desk role. We are looking for someone with solid IT experience who is ready for broader responsibility across Microsoft 365, projects, endpoint management, client support, and cybersecurity alignment. Role Summary As a Systems Engineer, you will work across client environments to support, improve, and align modern IT systems. This role includes Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint support, management, project work, documentation, advanced troubleshooting, and cybersecurity alignment. You will own meaningful technical work while continuing to build deeper skills in Microsoft cloud, cybersecurity, systems support, and client-facing technology alignment. What You’ll Do Support Microsoft 365 administration and daily client needs Manage users, devices, identities, permissions, and access Assist with Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365 security configuration Support project work, system rollouts, onboarding, and technical improvements Troubleshoot workstation, cloud, network, and business application issues Handle escalated support issues that require persistence and good judgment Improve client documentation, standards, checklists, and technical notes Help strengthen cybersecurity alignment and practical control improvement Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and teammates What We’re Looking For Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments Experience with Windows workstations, users, groups, permissions, and endpoint support Familiarity with Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, or related Microsoft cloud tools Strong troubleshooting skills across common business IT systems Experience working directly with end users or clients Ability to document work clearly Good follow-through and ownership A helpful, team-oriented communication style Interest in cybersecurity, Microsoft cloud, and process improvement MSP experience is helpful, but not required.
