Summary: This position is responsible for supporting multiple users in the areas of Windows Servers, Citrix VDI administration, Backups, Virtualization (VMware), and other technologies. Will work closely with engineers to implement solutions in Microsoft enterprise software platforms and related technologies to meet the needs of the Infrastructure team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understands and complies with requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the position
• Assist in maintaining and updating Windows images and patching in a Virtualized Desktop environment
• Creating and testing application deployments for the enterprise
• Setup, maintenance, and monitoring of Storage Infrastructure
• Setup, maintenance, and monitoring of VMware Infrastructure, Nutanix, and Windows servers
• Work with Hardware and Software support vendors to troubleshoot issues
• Create and maintain documentation and diagrams for the department’s Knowledge Base
• Assist in configuration requests of Cisco VoIP Infrastructure
• Perform other duties as assigned

Salary Range: The salary range budgeted for this position represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The compensation offered to a candidate may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.

Geographic Location:

• Irvine, CA: $68,600 - $97,400 (Annually)

Education and/or Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of related experience
• CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE) certifications are highly desirable
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Operating systems 2012 R2, 2016 and Active Directory, DNS/DHCP/File/Print Services, Server Virtualization – Vmware, Nutanix, Rubrik, PeerSync, Citrix system administration, ControlUp Monitoring Applications, and Cisco VOIP systems highly desirable
