Description

Captivation Software is looking for a mid level systems engineer who will be assisting with daily responsibilities.

RequirementsSecurity Clearance:

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Required Skills:

• Strong grasp of Kubernetes networking, configuration, and deployment across secure environments
• Proven ability to support compliance-driven sustainment activities with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent collaboration skills with both technical team members and mission stakeholders
• Solid documentation and tracking skills using enterprise tools
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving security and mission needs

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Salt, and Ansible
• Familiarity with Rancher, Helm, and advanced Kubernetes features
• Working knowledge of observability tools like Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Grafana
• Security+ (CWIP) or equivalent certification

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
