Roles and Responsibilities

  • Champion innovative technologies, stewarding projects from inception to full realization with minimal guidance.
  • Mentor and work alongside emerging engineers and technicians to reach successful outcomes.
  • Innovate robust processes for creating flexible circuits levelling the playing field in manufacturing.
  • Engage directly with manufacturing and R&D tools, ensuring the integration of new processes on the line.
  • Pinpoint crucial metrics, establishing statistical controls at workstations.
  • Pioneering metrology approaches that'd measure tool health and optimize process efficiency.
  • Draft and instill comprehensive SOPs, anchoring staff training on accurate and safe procedures.

Desired Expertise

A successful candidate should manifest the competencies and knowledge hailed below:

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s (or beyond) in Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or akin fields.
  • Demonstrable 3+ years directly working in high-volume production environments is advantageous.
  • Proficiently skilled in vacuum/roll-to-roll lamination and handling thermally-activated adhesives.
  • Familiar with material patterning, including laser applications.
  • Background in start-up manufacturing setups is appreciated.
  • Well-versed in statistical analyses, employ tools like JMP or Minitab.
  • Capable of unraveling complex datasets to inform strategic, data-centric decisions.
  • Acquainted with troubleshooting custom manufacturing and metrology apparatus confidently.
  • Resourceful, innovative thinker eager to dive into fresh technologies.
  • Acute organizational prowess crucial for fast-paced environments.
  • Remarkable communication skills and dedication to teamwork.

The Work Environment
