• Lead requirement elicitation, process analysis, and solution design for IT systems. 

• Conduct testing, document workflows, and provide recommendations for improvements. 

• Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams. 

• 3–5 years’ experience; CBAP or PMI-PBA . 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. 

• Knowledge of databases, ERP/CRM systems, and business process modeling.
