This role is in our corporate offices in Columbia, MO. This role reports into our Manager of Information Technology, has the opportunity to work with key members of the organization, build relationships, and insure the company is safe and protected as it relates to technology and systems. There are many opportunities to learn and grow in this area!!

Responsibilities for Systems Analyst:

• Maintaining computer systems including software and hardware on desktops and laptops.
• Resolving Internet and network access issues (both wired and wireless), providing network printer support and determining causes of computer/software/network malfunctions.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of network management concepts.
• Knowledge of PCs and operating systems and software including but not limited to Windows 11, Server 2016, Server 2019
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and Windows Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, including EntraID and virtualization.
• Familiarity with Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to design and develop systems and document procedures.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to use systematic approach in solving complex problems.
