Job Description
- This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network systems and digital connectivity solutions to support our cutting-edge aerospace projects.
- The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, have proficient understanding of network and software systems, and an understanding of how those systems deploy within different architectures across multiple different airplane models.
- This person will be able to translate high-level technical requirements to specific architecture and operational specifications, including the physical integration of complex electrical systems and components into our airplanes, as well as communicating with customers and stakeholders expanding across multiple organizations to implement high quality and service ready hardware and software systems.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Work with Linux/UNIX Operating Systems
- Knowledge of network, hardware and software systems and technical architecture.
- Experience in systems engineering involving system requirements, functional decomposition and allocation, integrated design, analysis and evaluation, verification.
